What Did The Staff Member(s) do?: Falsely punished me and refused to offer any assistance or any semblance of care for the server they are supposed to help protect

Story: I was gagged for 5 minutes by Kevin for saying another player's name on mic. The player in question was 'Negan' or similar. Without warning I was gagged for 5 minutes due to false racism. I am horrified at such an accusation as this is not indicative of my character and an incredibly serious allegation I do not take lightly. I did not say the word that was likely confused for the player in question's name which was noted by two players: Talking Dog From Family Guy and Nas. Additionally when I said the player in question's name on mic may I add I even suggested he change it. I attempted to contest this gagging via the chat as I had not been muted but Kevin denied this. Upon my ungagging, I contested this to the server via my mic. I complained to another mod Rittsu who refused to believe me citing what I believe to be worrisome dialogue, 'Well he's (Kevin) a mod and you're not'.

I found this to be an incredibly scary school of thought as I feel a server that is supposed to inspire fun is being ruled by two totalitarian mods who do not accurately reflect the good morals of fair play by the ZARP Gaming community. Fortunately I do not feel the behaviour of these two mods is representative of the other moderators but it has shaken my confidence that I would be wrongfully punished. I had to take ten minutes to distress from my gaming session which drastically affected my performance in subsequent games.
