I have spoken to both staff members involved and looked at the evidence they have provided. I have ACCEPTED the part of the report in relation to Ross, as he did punish you invalidly which lead to a ban. The punishment will be removed from your rapsheet. He understands his mistakes and the knock on effect it had and is very sorry. He was spoken to and no further action will be taken at this time.

No action will be taken on Rittsu.

As you know the ban has also been removed from the appeal you posted. Please bare in mind you are still in the situation that 1 more warn will result in you being banned again.
