At the time of your ban you had 6 recent punishments which is enough to be banned. Most staff will give a verbal warning before banning, which is what ezz did, it seems that Luigi didn't know and banned you anyway for your recents. The ban is valid, but I wouldn't be opposed to it being removed/reduced.
