Jabbe has been breaking rules ever since I joined Zarp, hell, my first post on the forum was a ban request. (which got accepted btw) This has been going on long enough.

He has already lost his moderator status, due to abuse, but since he keeps on minging, he should be banned, and not just for 3 hours.
