Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:
Ask them to stop. If they continue to spam, mute them.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
Confirm if it was accidental or intentional.
If accidental, no further action.
If intentional, ask them to stop using the exploit. Warn if exploit use continues.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:
Ghosting is when 2 or more people join different teams and give away their teammates.
For example, the last prop on the enemy team is in a very good spot, and the hunters cannot find them. A player can then join the prop's team, and tell their friend where the last prop is hiding.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I believe the server has had an increase in people breaking the rules, and there are not always staff members available to save the day. I've been playing for about a month now, and i would like to play even more from this point onwards, but there are so often people ghosting or exploiting the game, that it becomes hard to sink more time into it.
I'm pretty good at communication but not very well versed in staff related commands, etc.
