chute states "this seems fine."

Chute really does not mean fully removing the overlays as he has just said in TS, I strongly suggest adding it back else I think staff will punish for it.

I will add it back once Chute messages me.

A staff member will tell you this, it does not matter what Chute says you should listen to the staff member's word and I am just passing on what was said by Chute himself else my post would be removed for slander

Pretty sure deadmonstor a while ago and xnator fairly recently both said its not allowed aswell

I used to have a forum post bookmarked with deadmonster saying it was allowed but I removed it a few months ago.
