Explaining / Spectating / Feedback

I'd first ask if they have bhopped before or seen any videos to gather a sense of their current experience. I'd explain via VC or text what keys are needed to be pressed and the general movement required while having them spectate me for a little while, till they generally understand. Afterwards, I would spectate them and give them some feedback on what they need to do differently or if they are on the right track. I'd also provide a link to my Bhop tutorial video that's already helped 10s of thousands.



Warn / action / further action / ask

Provide a textual or verbal warning. Mute or gag for 5-10 minutes or so if it continues. Then escalate it to a kick, from here I would contact a higher member of staff if I then require more assistance.



Warn / Evidence / Kick / Ask

I would ask them to stop, as a light sort of warning. If they did not know of this exploit and stopped from then on it would be fine. If they continue I would spectate to gather evidence and perhaps kick to stop them meanwhile contacting a higher member of staff to hand out an official warning or temporary ban since exploiting is a serious offence.



Attitude / Experience

I've previously moderated the Bhop server, and usually, it is quite calm and quiet with the odd mic, text or weapons spammer which can easily be handled with the moderator tools. I've used them before and they don't differ far from other staff ranks on other servers. Easy to use and my experience allows me to make quick, and fair judgments towards rule-breakers, toxicity etc.

I've recently been very active and I can help regulate the server and its players while keeping it fun and getting some sick runs.
