Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop: I would probably send a video for them to try to understand, if that doesn't work i would teach them how to bhop to the best of my ability.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming: Ask them to stop, if they don't i would have to kick/warn the player if they keep doing it after i have requested them to stop.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: Tell them not to use it in the bhop run, and tell the higher up staff what the exploit/bug it and any possible fixes i may think off.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I have a decent amount of time total spent on various bhop server, i have also refreshed myself with the current rules for the zarp bhop server so i can handle reports or players causing issues with the right actions valid to what they are doing.
