Whether towards a player or staff; toxic, rule-breaking players should be dealt with equally.

I would give a textual or verbal warning, depending on if the player has a headset, sound or in-game voices off or not. If the disrespect continues then a 5-10 minute mute or gag or both seems suitable enough. I would then escalate this to a kick or contact a higher-ranked member of staff to deal with the situation.



I've been on the server a while now, compared to many others I'm still considered new. Within my first few weeks of playing properly, I became mod and dedicated the last year to being staff, mixing in with the community playing Deathrun almost non-stop. I then gained the ranking of Super Administrator and #1 on the server and received staff on Bhop before resigning a few months back due to a massive burnout from Gmod. After a break, I am ready to come back.

I've had 5+ years of experience in using the tools and knowledge of being a staff member within a server.

My presence has also seen a return on the forums, with healthy, positive topics and posts. Keeping active and friendly not only in Deathrun but in other servers and here of course.
