After reviewing the proof it is clear that Sinz was corrupt. After being in-game and looking at his rapsheet I have decided that I will only speak to him about it and inform him that it is not allowed and he shouldn't be doing it. Sinz has no recent punishments on his rapsheet, there is no need to give him one for a simple thing like this, Sinz will be given a verbal!
