Niko is active and is around a lot of the time especially at the times where not many people are up and the rulebreakers come on, and no one can do anything about it due to a) lack of staff b)timezones. Niko is easy to communicate with and can handle situations professionally. Niko was also previously staff and having the knowledge he needs, he is fit for this position and should 100% be given a shot at staff. We need it
