- A Contract setup between said parents and internet provider
-A working Computer, Phone or Laptop
- An operating system on a computer, phone or laptop we can assume IOS or Windows (Unless hes broke and uses android)
- A browser to open zarp
-A mouse to direct his way onto the website


after we take all those into account the result we see online is a nitty bragging about taking lean to 14 year olds
