Gangsters have NLR, cops do not so they can just use any weps all they want whilst you’re going low on ammo for some weapons and that you can’t even reequip which is on accident (I have a really bad habit of doing this). I’d rather have a system where you can’t use any special weapons and special suits (EDF and Morphine only being allowed, no GEDF bullshit), just some old school fighting for once.
