Suggestion Title:
Let players equip weapons while actively raiding the police armory

How would it benefit the server:
It would balance the raids properly

Additional notes:
There's many issues, sometimes you forgot to equip weapons before the raid, leading up to you not being able to equip weapons to deffend yourself.
You cannot equip suits and use drugs, however you can holster your weapons.

Cops are allowed to break NLR indefinitely until the raiders are neutralised.
Gangsters on the other hand, can't equip anything upon starting the raid, which is ridiculous and should be changed.
If cops can come back indefinitely, why raiders shouldn't be able to equip weapons / suit mid raid?
