After reading through your post and speaking to Kronen, I've decided to deny this report.

Kronen asked you for the reason you killed the attempted RDMer, but he didn't believe your response. He had seen you shooting at said ARDMer, however, didn't see him fighting back. Nevertheless, Kronen had the right not to believe your reason to kill the innocent, therefore him killing you is justified.

Regarding improper handling, I assume you mean that he handled his own report? Handling own reports is completely fine if he is the only staff member on the server and it isn't mandatory to call a higher-up to handle reports in which he's reported.
