Having spoke to Ross and some other staff members online at the time I have decided to DENY the report this time. Ross told me this was a mistake for which he is very sorry for, and claims to have apologized on the server to you. I have spoken with him and some of the other staff on at the time and feel denial is the best this time as it was a mistake and not intentional. I have told Ross to be extra careful in future and should this happen again expect further action to be taken.
