I won the cf, then this other guy called "Jack Heller" changed his name to "Jack Heller2" pretending it was him but then in the end said it wasn't him. As you can see in the video there was "Jack Heller" and "Jack Heller2" on too. Was wondering if logs can be checked to see who was the person between 5:15-5:20pm with the name "Jack Heller2" in gang "177013". I also believe Jack Heller2 is linked/friends with Jack Heller as Jack Heller had previous bans on cf scamming in past, but I don't want to jump to conclusions and blame someone else.
Reason - (What rules did the person break?) Scamming and not paying a 800m CF.
Story - (What happened?) I won a cf, he didn't pay it and logged off before i could get a screenshot of his STEAM ID but I have the time and the server, which I hope could be enough to check logs of who the person with the name "Jack Heller2" was at the time, and get him banned.
