Basing is too easy as it currently stands as the only location people print is in the elevator base.

Additional notes:
As it currently stands, the location of choice for basing is in the crack house elevator. This is slightly SHIT because it's annoying to raid, and therefore deters raid attempts. This negatively impacts the economy as money can be printed with almost 0 chance of competition, inflating the fuck out of it.
