Thank you for submitting your suggestion! After looking into it and discussing it with the Prop Hunt Lead Team I've decided to deny it. The "Web Taunts" system already allows you to use millions of different taunts. It even allows you to use your own custom taunts in-game simply by uploading them to the MyInstants website. The taunts user interface will possibly be revised / reworked in the future but there are other important changes that need to be implemented first.
