The clip is short, and I was contemplating this with Onionrings on the teamspeak because in the past it was probably punished differently than it would be now. But, in my opinion this should be classified as raiding (collecting from someone elses printers without permission, enterring their base without permission), otherwise it would lead to a slippery slope.
