You should keep going and report peoples in game and on the forums, and don't go crazy in the chat to give a negative attitude to other staff members and users, just stay chill

Since you live in America you are more active while european staff members are either sleeping or doing something else
And both S1 and zarp US are clearly lacking staff members during the night.
The staff team is alraedy very weak, peoples are not reporting rulebreakers, therefore not giving staff members enough work, and then they will resign, because it's boring.
