A few of the answers can be neatened up, NLR lasts 3 minutes, moderators dont have the power to ban people, and a kick/ban is necessary for NLR unless they have recents, a warning would do. Also, its recommended to have 2 weeks of consistent activity, you have nearly 1 (not bad) but you have never been on server 1, so I recommend you go on it and get some activity there as well.
