Suggestion Title: Buff Bomb Station

How would it benefit the server: Makes the item usable

Potential Issues/Exploits: I dont see any exploits with buffing it that weren't already issues when it was added (eg. confusing for new players)

Additional notes: I just planted a bomb station with 4 people sitting literally next to it and one of them died, it doesn't even fucking one-shot you at point blank range and it's a giant explosion
