Suggestion Title: S1/S3 SSRP Trackers for Drug Run etc.

How would it benefit the server: Save people going on s3 from s1 etc. Less people getting annoyed.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None.

Additional notes: For Casino Vault rewards + Police armory etc. Also If you think I meant leaderboard prize, I mean the prize for successfully raiding casino or doing drug run successfully etc.
