I have read the report and spoken with Maddox alongside other staff on the server at the time. I have decided to DENY this report on Maddox.
You have had plenty of time to contact me or provide further evidence on the thread, which you have not,and you have failed to use the template and provide all the information. As far as I am aware you were killed for use of Maddox's healthstation he KOS'd - which is valid.

In terms of Maddox handling his own report, I have reminded him it's preferred to allow other online staff to handle reports he creates/ responds to.
