Considering you just made this point, I have serious concerns that you will take any complaints people have about SSRP or any Zarp service for that matter seriously.
You are certainly not ready for a position that requires you to look at different sides of issues or suggestions, and rather, I feel you would just listen to what higher ups say besides sharing what you or others in the community think about suggestions.
