I was reported for RDMing a player recently, and got warned and judging by the logs the conclusion was that I had rdmed someone. Because I was convinced this was not the case I started a dialog with a moderator to discuss what happened. After explaining my point of view I was told I could appeal on the forums and ask for forgiveness. Because I have not have many warnings and overall play by the rules.

Story/Situation - I was convinced someone open fire on my and as I imagine everyone would react returned fire and killed a player. However the logs did not backup my claims that the guy I killed opened fire and so I was warned for RDM.
Extra Information - I think its relevant that I have only had 1 warning in 2 years playing and always try and play by the rules. I even discussed the situation with a Moderator afterwards to discuss my point of view.
