Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin:
Throughout my time as a moderator I have been able to gain an even firmer understanding of when to punish someone and what to look out for such as exploiters and people that are ghosting.

Explain a situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
There is many situations in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command, here are some examples:
1. Continuous Ghosting
2. Exploiting Multiple Times
3. Constant Racism

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Congratulations on becoming a Prop Hunt Moderator,
To begin with, the Staff Ethos. Please make sure that at all times when on the server you are following the Staff Ethos which can be found Here(Click).
To open the ULX Menu you can either type "!menu" in chat or type "xgui" in console.

Admin Chat - Admin chat is used for discussion between staff, this should only be used to talk about staff related topics. You can use this by typing anything in chat with the prefix "@"

Amute - AMute is used by doing "!amute [name]" this will prevent someone from spamming the admin chat (which will be used if someone is spamming the admin chat)

Gag / Mute - Gag will be used if someone is mic spamming, they will be unmuted on map change and its the same for mute, you can do this using either the chat commands of !mute or !gag and Mute will mute their chat and gag will mute their voice.

Psay - Psay is a private message, you can tell someone you are handling something using !p [name].

slay - slay will be used slay will be used if someone is exploiting you can do that using !slay [name]

fspec - fspec can be used if someone is AFK as they could be the only one alive and drag out the round.

kick - kick will be used to kick someone from the server

most of this can be done through ulx.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
Although I am a fairly new staff member to Prop Hunt I believe that I am more than ready for a rank up as the addition of the various powers especially banning for people that constantly exploit or are ghosting. I would say that I am experienced enough for the role and currently hold multiple staff roles including Server Owner on Deathrun and Super Admin and SSRP so I would say I can definitely be trusted.

[spoiler]Hello Player x, after speaking with the staff member that banned you we have decided to accept this however if you are caught cheating again you will be banned and have a lot less chance of being unbanned
