I have spoken to Maddox about this warning and we came to the conclusion to accept the appeal as this warning was, or could be, a mistake by Maddox
You said that you responded to the report before you left the server, this since it wouldnt be LTAP cause the report was not a punishable report.

About the Teleport part. The next time please create a Report Abuse for this.
As for now, you are right. Maddox should not have Teleported out of the house as he could warn the users to move.
Or verbal them since blocking a door a Prohibited
