You can read that in the "What makes you a good candidate" section. He's already outlined it all there, not just "I know how to deal with most situations". He's given his previous experience as Super Admin, his activity on the server, TS and Forums, his attitude etc, along with the rest of his detailed app. What more do you want from him?

Other admins have past experience of Lead Team positions, and if an admin doesn't know how to deal with 'most situations' then why are they admin? Surely any half-decent admin should know how to
