Revert EMP grenade nerf
How would it benefit the server:
Bring back older and refreshing raiding meta's
Gives newer players a cheaper and more enjoyable way to raid.
Potential Issues/Exploits:
None.
Additional notes:
bring back the old EMP grenade which was holsterable, possibly add a holster timer, but just allow them to be holstered again.
