Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time: I would first give them a warm welcome and I would show him this video I would also recommend unreal mode because it will help him get a better understanding of the game mode.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming: I would first mute him for 5-10 minutes depending on what he said (being if he would say something homophobic or racist I would then mute him longer) and let him know what he is doing is against the rules. If he continues that sort of behavior I would contact an Admin+ to help me deal with the situation at hand if no one else is on.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: I would let a higher up know as soon as possible that someone is exploiting for an advantage. I would also do everything in my power to stop him from using said exploit via kicking him from the server.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I have been staff on surf twice and I have experience with the game mode. My good friend Joshua is now an Admin and the ex-owner Onion who first trained me is also staff now. I also have a lot of respect for Knuthulu, Onion, and Joshua along with the other staff members and it would be an honor to work aside them on the staff team. Surf has always been a favorite of mine and being staff again would mean a lot to me. I know what I am doing and I will not disappoint. Being able to have good relations with the staff and members on the server all enjoying the same thing has always been something I greatly appreciated and being able to make my presence on the server to the next step alongside what looks to be one of the strongest staff teams on surf would be an honor, to say the least.
