Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:
First I would request them to stop and if they continued I would mute them. If they evaded the mute then I would mute them again and if they evaded again I would ask an admin to ban them.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
Tell them to move and if they stayed there i would kick them and if they exploited again I would ask an admin to ban them.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:
giving information to a friend on a different team whilst dead so they can for instance find all props

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
Since I have started playing the server i have found it really enjoyable and I am very trusted within the community however there is also a lot of ghosters and people that disrupt my gameplay with earrape taunts and I wish to prevent that treasonous activity.
