Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command
- A user gets reported and received his 7th recent warn
- A player that MassRDMs after joining and LTAPs (MassRDM = 3+)
- A Ghoster that LTAPs
- A player that repeats offenses over and over with the intent to harm others and not following the rules. (only if player continues after the first tgag/tmute)

Explain how you would handle the following situation
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words)
As I have just been a moderator for a ~week, I have handled a lot of reports already and helped the server where ever i could. I have good relations with the staff members, I am very active, hardworking and dedicated to the server and I handle a lot of reports without much issues.
