I can handle this, however, I want to say that your current evidence won't be enough to punish him. You have valid proof of Steamid, which is great, and clear screenshots of the logs. The problem is, he may have had a totally valid reason to kill you such as you ignoring an unidentified body, or using his kosed health station. Without video of the full round, not much can be done. I will still give you 24 hours to provide this evidence if you can.
