Your application looks good, but the reason you keep getting denied is because of either trust issues or inconsistent activity.
I really don't know much about you other than what other people have said about you, but all you really have to do is play on the server and regain your trust through engaging with others, be helpful and have a good attitude about it.
That's literally it.
We honestly couldn't give two shits if you've "changed" because we rarely even see you on the server.
If you can play consistently on the server and prove to us that you deserve anywhere near a staffing position, then you atleast have a chance of getting some kind of support.
Also fix up your gametracker links because they literally never work.
