When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:

When someone is mass disrespecting, avoiding punishment.
We can ban hackers too with this command.
Example:

Lemon: I hate this server, Mods do F*king suck!
HappyDead000: !gag Lemon Disrespect
HappyDead000 gagged Lemon Reason: Disrespect
Lemon left the game.
Lemon joined the game.
Lemon: I hate this server! F*ck you HappyDead000!
HappyDead000: banned Lemon from the server (Mass disrespect, Avoiding punishment).


Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:

OLD experience while being Mod:
There was one player I'm not going to mention any names but he was racist/loopholing racism in Voice/Name/chat constantly and all I could do was warn / kick / mute / gag/ Whilst the amount of times he done it He probably could've been banned and the promotion would help these scenarios because I’d be able to have the powers to handle it myself


Why I should be promoted:
As a old Staff member I have spent a lot of time, and already have the experience.
I have been always nice to people I always greet new people that come on the server and ask them how they found the server and how there day is.
I have learned a lot about players, sometimes there is no admin online when its needed because they have school or exams so as user i can do nothing while the player keep on trolling and mass rulebreak.
so I would like to help ZARP again as being a Admin for what I can.
I will do my best for the ZARP gaming community.
I will get a verry good play time before friday
