If we go by that, isnt the magneto stick technically a "prop manipulating weapon" as well and yet if you pick up a prop with a magneto stick and throw it at someone its punishable. You can also just shoot a minecart with a shotgun and it has the same effect. Imo the only "prop manipulating weapon" on the server is the Poltergeist, because it is specifically designed for using a prop/corpse in order to actually use this weapon.
