How does giving people time to "think about their actions and your behavior in general," do anything? It's not like a player whos banned is going to analyze the rules and punish themselves severely for actions committed on a gaming server; IMO it's just a lousy excuse to keep people banned for longer than they need to be. Really think about it, what's this going to do? I'd rather see a legitimate reason for not unbanning someone, just saying; this response is just the easiest way to deny a ban appeal and it somehow works lol.
