Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

Situations, where the Ban command can be used, are:

• Hacking (If proven and accepted via report by the LT)
• DDOS Threats
• Mass Rulebreaking with Recent Punishments
• LTAP (After mass-rulebreaking is more appropriate)

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Firstly, I would claim the appeal as being handled. I would then speak with the staff member that banned them and ask what happened that lead to the ban. Basing on that and the severity of the exploit and if it was done with intent or accidentally done, I would handle and respond to the appeal like such:

I should be promoted to Admin as I am a trusted member by receiving 0 warns (Active and Verbal), having a good attitude with the staff members and players and with my activity I have gotten in the past week, I have shown my dedication to TTT. I also have been Admin in the past so I am accustomed to handling reports, knowing when to use what ULX commands and knowing the rules really well to enforce them on the server.
