Rule : Only English in (Voice) Chat

How would it benefit the server:
One language, so everyone understands what people say and players cannot use the Voice Chat to communicate with each other in another language and take advantage of this. after all this is an English server

why isnt this a rule anyway, i mean names has to be able to pronounce in english but there is no rule which states u can only speak english
I cannot even think of a scenario where people has to talk in another language
