well, in all fairness you can't use alts to collect police paychecks (I learned that the hard way), and that's not in the rules

The list I quoted from the SSRP rules in the other post are the only things you cannot do with alts, everything else is considered allowed so it just needs to be specifically stated. You gotta be pretty vague in the rules on what is allowed and isn't, which in this case everything Blue is doing isn't against the rules.
