exactly it means you are not using them because if they got killed you would get them to dumpster dive again

Explain how it is loopholing please, the alt account rule only states you cannot:

- Joining Events
- Bank/Casino Raids
- Drug Runs

It is limited to those three only which means having an alt on to Dumpster Dive is allowed and is not arguable, you cannot prove whether he was doing it to boost player count or not and plus that isn't against the rules like Chute has even said himself when I spoke to him yesterday for clarification.

we can prove he wasn't dumpster diving though as he was dead on every alt so it appears they was only on to boost player count.

He has been told yesterday it is not allowed and he's still going on about it
