After taking time reviewing your appeal, ive decided that it will be accepted. Taking into consideration that it was 8 months ago when you were banned, the ban will be lifted and you will be able to come back onto the server. Make sure that you read the rules by typing !motd or /rules in-game, because a lot of new rules have been added/edited. If you are caught breaking more rules when you return, you may be punished harsher since you just got off a ban.
