Should just leave this to the people involved and the handling admin(s). Spamming the thread with arguments isn’t going to help in any way shape or form. Yes some valid points have been brought up but other people are jumping in just for the sake of it. And the end of the day yes blue did rule break here and he did multiple times. Yes you can try and find a loophole for some of his “rule breaks” but that won’t change the fact that loopholing is agiest the rules in it self.
Now let’s go for the mutant job abuse and nlr, if he was killing raiders/defenders or what ever as mutant in crack (gaining his nlr) changing to thief would not remove this. He would still have to obey the nlr and leave the district and wait his time.
The hand cannon as mutant - using weapons and causing dmg to multiple plays while being a mutant. This isn’t allowed within the mutant rules.
The disrespect report- yes calling a player verbal names isn’t allowed and can be considered disrespect but in my eyes that’s extreamly petty and welcome to the internet. And I personally wouldn’t count that into this report as a rule break.


Now in my conclusion yes blue broke 2 rules here.
1- using weapons as a mutant(not using a male weapon)
2- breaking nlr/job abuse
And from these rules blue should be warned fair ad accordingly, I don’t knwo the state of his current rap sheet so that would be the admins choice of what is done here.
