After talking to you, carl and other lead team members about your report I've decided to deny it. Given the fact that these screenshots are over half a year old and no actual transaction has happened (as far as I am aware) I don't see any reason to hand out any punishments. He was already told off by lead team members back when it happened and he stopped "pretending to out of game" after.

No further actions will be taken against carl.
