After reviewing your appeal and speaking with the staff member that issued those warnings, I have come to the conclusion to deny your appeal.
The first warning you received from Ross, you claimed that someone threw an incendiary grenade at you, unfortunately, you haven't provided proof to back up your story. Ross provided me the logs, the person you claimed that threw the grenade at you didn't throw it. As for the second warning, you do admit throwing a nade at the nether portal to see whether it's trapped or not, you ended up killing someone. It's best to use harmless ways to test whether the portal was trapped or not, dropping gun or nade, ammo boxes, props, etc.
The warning will not be removed.
