Every time you make it look like you changed, you throw it right back at our faces with your horrendous attitude, something we simply cant let happen with a staff member. I genuinely don't think there is anything you can do at this point to regain enough trust to become a moderator, especially since its hard for you to stay unbanned. Applying constantly with hardly any activity and not taking any sort of criticism certainly wont help you either. You should honestly be happy just being a user at this point.
