You do realise that he gave the guy a verbal warning, he might've been new to the server. He could've taken action, but if it was his decision to give a verbal warning to both of you, then let it be.

Just could you stop fucking crying, this staff report is pointless because he obviously gave a verbal warning and told you to grow up because you got upset over him giving a new player a hand, and for the love of everything that is holy
