Even if you are telling the truth, there are reasons for throwing a discombob in the nether that wouldn't be classed as RDM. If he has seen someone in the t room, and go through the portal, then I'd argue you can throw nades through the portal to kill them. Just throwing nades isn't always rdm, even if you are unfortunate enough to die from them.
